Day 8 Blazeaid 20/7/22

With sore muscles we forgot we had it's back out to the paddocks we go.

Wet weather predicted.
A few pics of our 'job' today. We drove out to the old Murgon-Gayndah road and did some fencing with farmer Dan.

Mark and Mick straining wire to a tree.
We finished this fence which another crew had started,  3 strands of barbed wire, and put up a new long fence with 4 strands of barb.

It was cold and wet on and off today but we persevered and farmer Dan was very happy with the days work.
Fence post holes being done the easy way.
We got wet with this one and just as we packed up the sun came out so we got the tools back out and put another post in.
Double gates going in.
These tractors made it easier.

The boys happy with the finished gates. We put another large single gate in as well.
I've got very tired 'squat muscles' from twitching the wire to the bottom of the posts. We both have tired back and shoulder muscles but we've had a great day and will be going back out again tomorrow weather permitting.
