Day 3 Eidsvold 03.08.22
Close to 10am before we left this morning. Gail, Quilpie and I went for a 1.5km wander around the showgrounds.
Copper mine slag in Mount Perry.
I added another brick in the wall.
We explored Mount Perry before having morning tea and then moving on to Eidsvold, 82kms away, for the night. We've been to Mount Perry a couple of times before. It's a nice area.
We're staying at the R.M Williams learning centre tonight. $10 per vehicle. Toilets and a camp kitchen available, as well as a light show each night. We did the tour last year so offered to play with Quilpie while Graham and Gail went in.
Quilpie checking out the scene.
We watched the light show at 7pm, which told the story of R.M Williams and the bush.
Today we travelled 84kms, taking the total hitched to 286kms.
